Author Jeffrey Weinstein

Mr. Weinstein provides legal advice to a wide variety of U.S. and foreign corporations in all areas of federal and state procurement contracts and grant formation, administration and litigation. In addition, he represents clients in federal and state courts and in administrative negotiations, and lobbies elected officials and staff in the U.S. Congress. Mr. Weinstein has advised businesses and individuals for over 20 years on all aspects of contracting with the federal government. Mr. Weinstein maintains an active practice while working closely with Potomac Health Associates to advise its clients on the full spectrum of issues that arise in offering and providing health care services to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and other government agencies. Mr. Weinstein has lectured before the National Contract Management Association, state bar associations, and other organizations. He was previously Partner and head of the Government Contracts practice group at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellot, and represented companies in all aspects of federal and state government contracts, grants and cooperative agreement litigation, and contract formation, administration, close-out and audit issues.
